Big Rick, also known as Boss Hogg Rick[1], was an alternate version of Rick Sanchez from the episode "The Rick, The Mort & The Ugly". He was a clone with a fake Cajun accent who described himself as "an overweight Southern railroad baron" and was cloned at the Citadel of Ricks to be the mascot of a Citadel gumbo chain, "Big Rick's Gumbo Hutch", before the entire place got destroyed.
Big Rick would pay rogue Ricks such as trafficker Rick with portal fluid to kidnap Mortys. His plan was to rebuild the citadel with new Ricks and Mortys and to restart Morty cloning.
