Chargeria was a simulated nation that Morty Smith and Summer Smith arrived in after being trapped in the Matrix Simulator by Rick Sanchez as a punishment for stealing his phone charger. Citizens of Chargeria considered phone chargers to be of high importance, and considered stealing them to be a serious crime. After a few years in the Matrix Simulator, Summer Smith managed to become the de facto leader of Chargeria, and led the nation in a war to obtain more lithium.
