The original Dwayne presumably became a Cronenberg in the Cronenberged dimension.
Dwayne is the vice president of the United States and makes his first appearance in Rick & Morty's Thanksploitation Spectactular. The President mentions that Dwayne is only vice president because the President needs 10% of the white vote.
In the episode "Air Force Wong", Dwayne is later seen apart of President Curtis' mission of investigating Virginia after hearing reports of a cult forming in the state.
