"First Love" is the fifth short episode of Vindicators 2. It premiered on July 23, 2022 on Adult Swim's YouTube channel. It was written by Sarah Carbiener and Erica Rosbe and directed by Maite Garcia.
Synopsis[]
Noob Noob finds love in a hopeless place.
Plot[]
On an unknown planet, Noob Noob throws rocks in frustration of his teammates' incompetence due to the ship crashing. One of the rocks hits an aquatic alien who throws it back at Noob Noob, but he manages to rescue her from a giant creature. Grateful that Noob Noob saved her, the alien introduces herself as Drizz, and the two spend the day together.
Noob Noob tells Drizz how everyone bailed on defeating Doom-Nomitron and tried to tell his teammates that he could stop him with his intellect. However, the Vindicators ignored him, frustrating Noob Noob. Then, Noob Noob comments on how well Drizz listens to him, and the latter says she learned it from her teacher. Drizz reveals she is a young child still in school, and Noob Noob runs away as he does not want to be seen as a pedophile.
