Guffy Chachaco is a alien who worked as a janitor on the Plociff spaceship and teamed up with Jimmy Jamerson to rob all of the money on the ship while the people were in cryosleep. He appeared in the episode "Cryo Mort a Rickver".

Guffy Chachaco first appeared in "Cryo Mort a Rickver" where he worked as a janitor on the Plociff spaceship.
Before the events of the episode (later revealed in surveillance footage), He teamed up with Jimmy Jamerson to rob the ship’s vault of money and shove the bones of dead monkeys in their pods while everyone is in cryosleep with their plan being to use the resources to gamble and go on a hedonistic bender.
When Rick and Morty arrive on the Plociff spaceship, Morty assumes the identity of "deceased" Guffy Chachaco. As Guffy, Morty creates an accidental rebellion against the Takeys. During the Constellatio Celebratio of Jimmy (Rick), the rebellion breaks into chaos. This is where Jimmy and Guffy's whole plan gets revealed which causes everyone aboard the ship to track down the boy and the janitor to a casino planet.
Rick and Morty encounter them in a yacht they bought when searching for the vault money and fight them. After Morty ejects the money and hypercoal into space, Chachacho is ejected as well and dies in space after grabbing onto hypercoal instead of the ship.
