Jagoff is an intergalactic criminal who poisoned Earth. His testicles hang from under his chin.

History

Jagoff, at some point in time, managed to poisoned the entire Earth population on purpose. Rick and Morty captured him in his ship and interrogated him about the codes to unlock the vaccines to save Earth. When he refused to give the codes, Morty suggested they start torturing the alien. Rick rejected the notion to torture Jagoff, but then told the angry Morty to grab the fleshy sacks under Jagoff's chin. While Morty grabbed, tugged and twisted hard on the sacks, Rick struck a deal with Jagoff; half the codes now, half after Morty finish. Morty then realized that he had been jacking Jagoff off instead of torturing him and got angry with Rick. Presumably, Morty finished the job and saved Earth, but Jagoff's fate after was left unknown.

Trivia

• "Jagoff" is a misspelling of "jack off".
• He appears to be a reference to the "Ballchinian", an alien race from the film "Men in Black II" whose testicles hang from their chin.
