Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American voice, film and television actor. He is known for his distinctively deep voice and has played mostly villainous characters in video games and animation. He has also voiced characters on Seth MacFarlane's shows Family Guy, The Cleveland Show, and American Dad! He received two Daytime Emmy Award nominations for voicing the Joker in The Batman (2004–2008). He voices the Memory Parasites Frankenstein's Monster, Hamurai, and Mrs. Refrigerator in the Rick and Morty episode Total Rickall.[1]
