Little Dipper is a Tinymouth that first appeared in Unbelievable Tales as a guest star for "Silly Silly Fun Fun". He appears on Rick and Morty in "Interdimensional Cable 2: Tempting Fate" advertising "Lil' Bits".
Biography[]
Little Dipper is seen in an advertisement on television when Rick Sanchez modifies it to receive signals from all possible dimensions. Whilst his dimension's name is unknown, it appears in this reality, everyone on Earth has very large heads, but small faces. Little Dipper explains that his restaurant only serves tiny plates, making them easier to eat. Strangely, he cannot keep a straight face and keeps laughing during filming, but persists anyway. At one point, he exclaims that the restaurant even has "tiny people" when two children walk past, with one of them frowning at his profanity.
The ad ends with him harassing a customer whilst he is using a urinal, but insists he is just joking.
Appearance[]
Little Dipper, like everyone else in his world, has an extremely large head disproportionate to the rest of his body. He has a very small face relative to his head. He also has very dull brown hair styled in a side parting on top of his large head. He wears a pastel blue blazer over a white shirt and has grey trousers.
