The Marquis of Mars is the royal representative of the planet Mars who appears in the episode "A Rick in King Mortur's Mort".

The Marquis of Mars is a humanoid with an oblong-shaped head, a golden crown, gold and black face paint on his eyes, and a gold necklace. He wears red and gold shoulder pads, an orange chest plate, red baggy pants, and a dark red shendyt skirt. He wears a dark red wrist gauntlet on his right arm and is notably missing his left arm which is covered with dark red cloth.
Biography[]
The Marquis of Mars is seen arguing with other rulers of the solar system. When encountering Morty, he tells him to make the Knights of the Sun do their jobs as the Sun's power lives and dies within them. Morty questions who is he offending the Marquis of Mars and declares war on everyone. After Morty brings out the specter, all of the planet representatives start attacking each other to receive it and rule the solar system, starting Solar War I. The Marquis of Mars is also seen fighting the Earl of Earth and the royal representative of Venus.
