"Mercy Kill" is the sixth short episode of Vindicators 2. It premiered on July 23, 2022 on Adult Swim's YouTube channel. It was written by Sarah Carbiener and Erica Rosbe and directed by Maite Garcia.
Synopsis[]
Supernova and Vance Maximus clean up after some Vindicating.
Plot[]
On the planet Dorian 5, Supernova and Vance are slaughtering invading aliens, only to cause the deaths of the innocents and collateral damage. After killing all the aliens, Supernova and Vance are ready to return to the ship, only for the former to feel something in her stomach. Supernova stays behind, realizing that something bad is about to happen. As Vance tells the rest of the Vindicator about their slaughtering, Dorian 5 explodes as Supernova has an explosive miscarriage, with a couple of dead ants floating from the wreckage.
