Biography[]
In the "Rick and Morty Issue 1 (Second run)", Goldenfold appears alongside his other alternate selves during a discussion about invading the Parmesan Dimension. He mentions his niece, Noelle, as his sidekick. He later goes looking for her and finds her reading a teen magazine from another dimension. He realizes Noelle doesn't like this place and decides to give her a tour of the ship. He also gives her an example of her alternate version and other Goldenfolds.
Having discovered Rick and Morty and landed on earth, he leads his army of Numbers (an alien species very similar to the Numbericons) and other Goldenfolds to fight them. Rick creates a sword from a rat and engages in combat.
After a desperate fight between Rick and Goldenfold, Rick decides to temporarily surrender and escapes with Morty. Afterwards, Mr. Goldenfold from the show approaches him and tries to talk. Goldenfold explains that he comes from a dimension where he's the smartest person in the world, and then leaves with Noelle. On the ship, he explains to his niece that his goal in taking over dimensions is to create mathematically perfect worlds with mathematically perfect adventures.
At this time, Rick and Morty travel to his dimension and meet the local version of Rick.
In the "Rick and Morty Issue 2 (Second run)", he and Noelle watch as Mr. Platinumfold drains the Earth. Goldenfold wonders why he ever rescued him. Noelle starts arguing with him about not letting her spend time with Morty. Goldenfold replies that he wants to build a better world. She suggests sending President Curtis to the Numboverse, after which Goldenfold agrees and does so.He opens a blue portal with numbers in it, takes the president and teleports him.
Goldenfold showed him various aspects of this world. He showed him special fruits, infinipede, and animals that reproduced using multiplication. But Curtis refused all of this, insulting him. Goldenfold told Noelle that her peace plan hadn't worked. Finding her gone, he went looking for her and, finding traces of portal fluid, realized she had betrayed him. Curtis seized the opportunity, grabbed a cubic stone, and struck Goldenfold. He began to strangle him, accusing him of trying to abandon him in this dimension, but then the mathematical monster appeared. Curtis and Goldenfold stopped fighting and decided to team up.
Later, during Morty and Noelle's date, Goldenfold and Curtis arrived on the Math Monster. Goldenfold began arguing with his niece. Morty tried to leave, but he took him hostage as bait for Rick. Rick appears with an army of other Ricks and attacks Goldenfold. He becomes frightened and calls on the other Goldenfolds for help.
In the "Rick and Morty Issue 3 (Second run)", during the battle between the Rick and Goldenfold armies, Goldenfold (M-616) blamed the Goldenfold from the show for everything that happened. Afterwards, he engaged in battle with Rick. During this battle, he ordered him to leave this reality. Rick responded that he was protecting this Earth because Goldenfold is suck.
As the Goldenfold fairies activated the mechanism to destroy the planet, scribbles began to appear in the air, which Goldenfold noticed. There was an explosion, the mechanism was destroyed, after which he began desperately asking Goldenfold from the show what and how he did it. After Rick Sanchez (M-616) defeated Demon Rick, Rick C-137 approached and spoke with Goldenfold. Their conversation wasn't even bad. Noelle announced that she was dating Morty, and that neither of them would do anything about it. Goldenfold said he'd deal with it later. After that, he handcuffed Goldenfold from the show to himself, saying that they will figure out what to do with him. After the two Ricks spoke, Rick C-137 offered Goldenfold a ride home. However, he froze both Goldenfolds, Platinumfold and Noelle, then opened a portal to Anti Hala and dropped them in a block of ice.
After that Goldenfold got mad and sent Platinumfold out to hunt or something. When the multi-eyed cartoon rabbit from Anti Hala offered food for Goldenfold and Noelle Goldenfold if they followed him, Goldenfold (M-616) told Noelle to come with him. After some time, he, Goldenfold from the series and Platinumfold met Nunzumel off-screen for the first time.
