Mullet Rick is an old man with long and skinny limbs. He has long light blue hair, an oblong shaped head, light blue unibrow, and a long nose. He also has light grey skin and wears a white lab coat with a black undershirt along with blue pants, a black belt with a yellow buckle, and black shoes.
