Phillip LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer, best known as one of the original featured cast members on the sketch comedy television series Mad TV and for his extensive voice acting career, with roles in animated series including John Stewart / Green Lantern in Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, Hermes Conrad in Futurama, the title characters of Samurai Jack and Static Shock, and Wilt in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
