Reek, also known as Bushworld Adventures Rick, is the Australian counterpart to Rick Sanchez that was seen in Bushworld Adventures.

Biography[]

Bushworld Adventures Rick is an elderly man who forces Morty to go on "adventures" with him. His one and only appearance is in Bushworld Adventures, where he threatens to commit a murder-suicide on Morty before needing to refuel his car.

Appearance[]

Bushworld Adventures' Rick is almost identical to Rick Sanchez in every way except his accent and the way he is drawn.

Personality[]

Bushworld Adventures Rick displays downright psychopathic tendencies, even killing the store clerk after getting gas, not long after going on an entire spiel on how he was going to kill Morty and then himself. He also completely forgets the reason they went on the initial 8-hour drive at the end of the short. He seems to be good friends with Jerry Smith, with whom he works together to play a prank on Morty.

Relationships[]

Morty[]

Bushworld Adventures Rick and Morty seem to have a similar relationship to Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith. Although Bushworld Adventures Rick is a lot more violent to Morty and outright threatens murder.

Beth and Summer[]

Beth and Summer seem to be very aggressive toward Reek as they want Morty to stop going on these "adventures" with him (rightfully so). Summer threatens to call the police before they start yelling in Reek's face. Morty eventually gets in anyway, and they drive off while Beth and Summer scream after them.

Jerry[]

Bushworld Adventures Jerry and Rick seem to have a close friendship. They prank Morty together by getting him to place a witchery grub on his naked penis. They actively enjoy each other's presence, which is almost an exact parallel to the Original Rick and Jerry's relationship.

Trivia[]

Bushworld Adventures Rick doesn't have any of the technology that Rick does. His "portal gun" is actually just a real gun.
His car is a red sedan that he drives to the petrol station, before he fills it with diesel by accident and breaks it.
Bushworld Adventures Rick's animation remains very inconsistent throughout the short.
