The Rick Sanchez of Dictator Morty is an alternate version of Rick Sanchez who destroyed his dimension and became extremely evil which made even his daughter Beth leave him. His current whereabouts are unknown. It was also never said how, when and why he destroyed his universe in the first place. There is a chance that he destroyed his dimension via a Neutrino Bomb like Rick was going to in the Pilot episode of Rick and Morty or with something else.
