Ricklets are half-living planet and half-god creatures who appear in the episode "Childrick of Mort".
Biography[]
The Ricklets are first seen being birthed from Gaia, a sentient talking planet that calls Rick revealing that she is pregnant with his children. Rick works with Beth help the Ricklets become productive and sufficient by building a large civilization and city which categorizes them with professions. A group of them are labeled as unproductive and sent away into the forest in which Jerry creates his own society with them and makes them hate the productive Ricklets. It is later revealed that their real father is Reggie, a god that wants custody over the Ricklets and their society. Beth and Jerry fight each other using the productive and unproductive Ricklets while Rick fights Reggie in space. The latter is then killed by Morty and Summer using a spaceship, destroying the civilization and killing many Ricklets as Gaia yells at Rick and his family to leave her planet as the Ricklets become productive and survive by themselves without them.
