The Robo Trees, also known as the Velocitrees, are a group of robots that are the main characters of the Maximum Velocitree franchise. They appeared in the episode "Ricker than Fiction".
Biography[]
The Robo Trees are seen in the episode "Ricker than Fiction" where the Robo Trees attacking the Hedgeweeds in Maximum Velocitree 9. Tannenbaum introduces every member of the team and stops Baron Thistle’s plan but the team decides to let the latter get away as they head back to their headquarters on their ship.
In Maximum Velocitree 10, the Robo Trees are shown working together to take down Baron Thistle’s plan again using the “power of friendship” but the others witness Tannenbaum accidentally kill Baron Thistle with a gun Rick and Morty spawned after changing the script with the Movie-lizer. The Robo Trees then see Tannenbaum being sent to prison for manslaughter at a court house and later attacks Rick and Morty when they enter the Movie-lizer and show up at the Robo Tree Headquarters.
Rick decides to help Tannenbaum and get sent to prison to meet him. Tannenbaum doubts himself but Rick helps him as the two fight and escape the prison. The other Robo Trees are later seen at the headquarters when Rick and Tannenbaum escape from prison and find out about Morty and Samantha’s new plan of melting the polar ice caps using a doomsday device. Rick and the Robo Trees travel to their lair be and attack the Hedgeweeds but decide to attack Rick and Morty instead after they mention attempting to kill Tannenbaum and Morty working with Rick. The Robo Trees attacks them in New York and the North Pole where the doomsday device is located but Tannenbaum defends Rick as he helped him out of prison but Rick and Morty go into the device’s laser leading to their deaths.
The Robo Trees is then seen near Rick and Morty’s tombstones in a graveyard with the other Robo Trees confronting Tannenbaum and Arbor Knight declaring him as the new leader of the Robo Trees.
