"Summer Meets God (Rick Meets Evil)" is a 15-minute Rick and Morty anime short. It debuted on August 2, 2021, an hour after the premiere of Rickternal Friendshine of the Spotless Mort the preceding night at 11pm. It is written and directed by Takashi Sano (who also wrote and directed Rick and Morty vs. Genocider).

Synopsis

Summer's new boyfriend isn't human, Jerry's in big trouble as usual and Rick is, well, just being Rick; Summer meets God from Takashi Sano, acclaimed director of the "Tower of God" series.
