Time Cops are fourth dimensional beings that regulate time across dimensions. They look like testicles, in rags. They were first featured in "A Rickle in Time" and regulate the space time continuum at their base, 4th Dimensional Time Cop Headquarters. They are based on the Langoliers from the TV Mini Series based on the novella.
Purpose[]
These testicle-like creatures serve as a police to all time. They have laws such as you don’t "fuck with time". It is also illegal for third dimensional people to own a time crystal and to manipulate their own time by being uncertain. It is also forbidden by them to time travel. Who ever is caught breaking time regulations will be sent to Time Prison, which is basically regular prison, except it takes place forever (and outside of space time). Time cops have an HQ outside of space time.
Appearance[]
Time Cops appear as reddish testicles with large mouths, sharp teeth and arms. Their heads are based on the Langoliers from the TV Miniseries of the same name. They wear yellowy white rags that are worn out in the bottom and have a small brown bag with them at all times. They can be seen holding larva guns or in clear blue time bubbles.

Time Manipulation[]
As the name implies, they can alter time. They time travel with a remote, which they use to enter a bubble to travel through time. They also have access to time crystals which just mess with time in general like the ability to freeze it.
Larva Gun[]
A main weapon of the testicles is their gun. When shot it can turn anyone into a third trimester fetus. It is shown to have sentience and looks like a larva.
Immortality[]
They are shown to be immortal, as Rick said.
Time Stabilizing Collar[]
These creatures also have time stabilizing collars. These are when someones time gets uncertain. They put these around their necks if it happens.

- Time Cops is a parody of Time Variance Authority (abbreviated as TVA) from Marvel Comics.
- The time cops heads are based on the Langoliers from the TV Miniseries of the same name. Based on the novella by Stephen King. The Langoliers consume and destroy the lifeless discarded world of the past to make room for the present. This mirrors the job of the Time Cops in the episode.
