Videodrome is a Rick and Morty claymation promotional video that premiered November 1, 2019 on Adult Swim. The video is a parody of the 1983 film Videodrome. It is apart of The Non-Canonical Adventures series and is written and directed by Lee Hardcastle.
Synopsis[]
In the living room of the Smith Residence, Morty is seen on the sofa watching the TV displaying giant lips as the screen stretches towards him. Morty drools and goes to the television screen as they reach other. However, the lights flicker off and on as Morty is seen back on the sofa holding a gun near a bald Rick (resembling Dr. Brian Oblivion), Jerry with a helmet device, and Beth looking out the see-through door with a blue glowing light near it.
