Zack Snyder is a filmmaker who is friends with James Gunn. He appears in the episode "Ricker than Fiction".

Biography[]

Snyder first appears in the episode "Ricker than Fiction" when meeting James Gunn in the Warner Bros. Comissionary within Warner Bros. Studios Burbank as he mentions how he saw Gunn's Superman film. He then criticizes how the character talks too much while suggesting to put more shots of him punching in the film and slowing them all down for dramatic effect. Gunn then yells at him as how "it's not a fucking secret" and then explaining how a fan of Maximum Velocitree didn't like his film, Maximum Velocitree 9, and stole his script for Maximum Velocitree 10.

Snyder then recognizes that Gunn is talking about Rick and suggests that he dealt with him before. He then mentions how he trapped Christopher Nolan in a bookcase as punishment for directing his film, Interstellar. Snyder tells Gunn that Rick He doesn't represent real fans as he is only "the smartest man in the universe" and how he can't "do what they do. Probably." Snyder also tells Gunn that he will regret not working out at the gym like him as he leaves him be.
